Non-carious lesions of the teeth in patients with periodontal disease

Abstract

Лечение пришеечных некариозных поражений является актуальной проблемой современной стоматологии, поскольку в отдаленном периоде наблюдений мы часто встречаемся с осложнениями, такими как краевое прокрашивание пломбы, вторичный кариес, а также возникновение рецессии десны или ее прогрессирование. Данная работа посвящена изучению эффективности методов лечения некариозных поражений у пациентов с заболеваниями пародонта. Перед нами стояли задачи оценить клиническую эффективность консервативных, хирургических и комбинированных методов лечения некариозных поражений у пациентов с рецессиями десны и провести сравнительную оценку их эффективности. В ходе исследования был проведен ретроспективный анализ 160 амбулаторных карт и обследовано 66 пациентов в возрасте от 18 до 80 лет. Была проведена оценка отдаленных результатов лечения с помощью пародонтологических индексов и клинических показателей, а также сравнительный анализ результатов лечения. В результате исследования наиболее высокую эффективность показали хирургический и комбинированный методы лечения. При оценке отдаленных результатов лечения, при использовании хирургических и комбинированных методов также отмечено улучшение и стабилизация показателей клинической и индексной оценки состояния твердых тканей зубов и пародонта. На основании проведенного исследования были сформированы практические рекомендации для врачей-стоматологов.

Treatment of cervical non-carious lesions is an actual problem of modern dentistry, since in the long-term observation period we often encounter complications such as marginal staining of the filling, secondary caries, as well as the occurrence of gum recession or its progression. This research is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of methods of treatment of non-carious lesions in patients with periodontal diseases. Our tasks were to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of conservative, surgical and combined methods of treatment of non-carious lesions in patients with gum recessions and to conduct a comparative assessment of their effectiveness. During our research the retrospective analyses were held where 160 medical histories and 66 patients from the age of 18 to 80 were carefully studied. The remote treatment results with the help of parodontical indexes and clinical signs were estimated and the comparative analysis was arranged. As a result of the study, surgical and combined methods of treatment showed the highest efficiency. When assessing the long-term results of treatment, when using surgical and combined methods, improvement and stabilization of indicators of clinical and index assessment of the condition of hard tissues of teeth and periodontal were also noted. Based on the conducted research, practical recommendations for dentists were formed.
