Abstract

Аннотация к выпускной квалификационной работе на тему «Современные методы повышения качества информации в едином государственном реестре недвижимости». Работа включает: 38 страниц; 26 использованных источников; 8 рисунков. Ключевые слова: единый государственный реестр недвижимости, повышение качества информации, кадастровый учет, регистрация прав. Предмет исследования – повышение качества информации в едином государственном реестре недвижимости. Цель работы – изучение современных подходов профилактики и исправления ошибок в сведениях единого государственного реестра недвижимости и предложение новых методов, способствующих повышению качества сведений в данной информационной системе. По результатам работы предложено усовершенствование механизма привлечения кадастрового инженера к юридической ответственности, изменение подхода к исправлению технических ошибок в сторону профилактики причин, введение контроля за деятельностью органа регистрации недвижимости в вопросах профилактики, обнаружения и исправления ошибок. Полученные результаты снизят количество совершаемых ошибок и обеспечат повышение качества информации в едином государственном реестре недвижимости.

The subject of the study is to improve the quality of information in the unified state register of real estate. The purpose of the work is to study modern approaches to the prevention and correction of errors in the data of the unified state register of real estate and to propose new methods that contribute to improving the quality of information in this information system. Based on the results of the work, it is proposed to improve the mechanism for bringing a cadastral engineer to legal responsibility, change the approach to correcting technical errors towards preventing causes, introduce control over the activities of the real estate registration authority in matters of prevention, detection and correction of errors. The results obtained will reduce the number of mistakes made and ensure an improvement in the quality of information in the unified state register of real estate.
