Cultural exchange between the northeastern provinces of China and the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation

Abstract

Актуальность выбранной темы состоит в том, что в настоящее время отношения России и Китая являются одним из наиболее значимых факторов в международных отношениях. Исторически накопленный опыт общения и современные тенденции свидетельствуют о том, что от состояния российско-китайских отношений в значительной степени зависит не только политическая обстановка в регионе пересечения интересов двух государств, но и общемировая политическая ситуация. Развитие двусторонних взаимовыгодных связей является одним из приоритетных направлений сотрудничества обеих стран. Объектом исследования является территория Дальнего Востока России и северо-восточного Китая, Предмет исследования – культурные связи между северо-восточными провинциями КНР и Дальневосточным Федеральным округом РФ. Цель исследования заключается во всестороннем рассмотрении культурных связей между северо-восточными провинциями Китая и Дальневосточным Федеральным округом РФ на всех этапах его развития. Для достижения поставленной цели сформулированы следующие задачи: 1.Провести анализ становления и развития культурных связей между Россией и Китаем в период с XVII в. до второй пол. XX в., 2.Пронализировать документальные основы и дать оценку культурного сотрудничества между северо-восточными провинциями Китая и Дальневосточным Федеральным округом РФ, 3.Выявить направления и формы современного культурного сотрудничества России и Китая в сфере культуры в целом и между северо-восточными провинциями Китая и Дальневосточным Федеральным округом РФ в частности, 4.Охарактеризовать проблемы и вызовы культурного сотрудничества, в том числе с участием изучаемого региона, в рамках проекта «Один пояс и один путь». Научная новизна заключается в том, что в работе предпринимается попытка комплексного исследования существующих проблем и вызовов в ходе гуманитарного сотрудничества России и Китая в рамках проекта «Один пояс и один путь». В частности: - проанализирована нормативно-правовая база в рамках инициативы «Один пояс и один путь», определены общие и особенные направления и формы сотрудничества, - изучена история становления, выявлены причины проблем в рамках проекта «Один пояс и один путь», - на основе современного гуманитарного сотрудничества между северо-восточными провинциями Китая и Дальневосточным федеральным округом РФ в рамках проекта «Один пояс и один путь», даны оценка и предложения перспективам гуманитарного сотрудничества России и Китая. Теоретическая и практическая значимость результатов диссертационного исследования заключается в том, что исследованы и собратны воедино имеющиеся сведения о состоянии российско-китайского культурного сотрудничества. В работе указаны существующие проблемы в ходе культурного сотрудничество между Россией и Китаем, и показано значение приграничного сотрудничества в сфере культуры в рамках проекта «Один пояс один путь», именно между северо-восточными провинциями Китая и Дальневосточного Федерального округа РФ. Материалы и выводы данной рабой относятся к историческому и современному состоянию России и Китая в политической, экономической, гуманитарной сферах. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при изучении перспективы международных отношений и взаимоотношений России и Китая. Структура работы состоит из введения и трех глав, заключения, списка использованных источников и литературы, изложенных на 82 страницах.

Relevance of the research topic is that at present relations between Russia and China are one of the most significant factors in international relations. The historically accumulated experience of communication and current trends indicate that not only the political situation in the region, the intersection of interests of two states, but also the global political situation largely depends on the China-Russia relationship. Therefore development of mutually beneficial bilateral relations is one of the priority areas of cooperation between both countries. Object of the thesis research is the territory of the northeastern provinces of China and The Far Eastern Federal District of federal district of the Russian Federation Subject of the thesis research is cultural ties between the northeastern provinces of China and The Far Eastern Federal District of federal district of the Russian Federation Goal and target of the thesis research. The goal of the thesis research is to comprehensively examine the cultural ties between the northeastern provinces of China and The Far Eastern Federal District of federal district of the Russian Federation at all stages of its development. To achieve this goal, there were determined the following handing of the targets: 1.Analysis of formation and development of cultural relations between Russia and China in the period from the XVII century until the second half of the XX century, 2.Analysis of documentary foundations and assess the cultural cooperation between the northeastern provinces of China and The Far Eastern Federal District of federal district of the Russian Federation, 3.Detection of directions and forms of modern cultural cooperation between Russia and China in the field of culture in general and between the northeastern provinces of China and The Far Eastern Federal District of federal district of the Russian Federation in particular, 4. To characterize the problems and challenges of cultural cooperation, including with the participation of the region under study, in the framework of the project “One Belt and One Road”. Scientific novelty of the thesis research lies in the fact that the work attempts to comprehensively study the existing problems and challenges in the course of humanitarian cooperation between Russia and China in the framework of the project “One belt One road”. In particular: - the regulatory framework under the “One belt One road” initiative was analyzed, general and specific areas and forms of cooperation were identified, - studied the history of formation, identified the causes of problems in the framework of the project “One belt One road”, - on the basis of modern humanitarian cooperation between the northeastern provinces of China and the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation in the framework of the “One belt One road” project, an assessment and suggestions were made to the prospects for humanitarian cooperation between Russia and China. Research and practical relevance of study lies in the fact that the available information on the state of Russian-Chinese cultural cooperation has been researched and combined. The paper identifies existing problems in the course of cultural cooperation between Russia and China, and shows the importance of cross-border cultural cooperation in the framework of the “One belt One road” Project, namely between the northeastern provinces of China and the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation. Materials and conclusions of this slave relate to the historical and current state of Russia and China in the political, economic, humanitarian spheres. Conclusions and suggestions thesis research can be used in studying the prospects of international relations and relations between Russia and China. The content of the thesis. The thesis research consists of an introduction and three chapters, conclusion, List of used sources and literature, set out on 82 pages.
