Cultural cooperation of the Russian Federation and the EU countries: The main directions and forms

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация на тему «Культурное сотрудничество РФ и стран ЕС, основые направления и формы». Целью данного исследования является комплексный анализ характера, направлений и форм культурного сотрудничества РФ и стран ЕС. Объектом исследования являются культурное сотрудничество РФ и стран ЕС. Предметом исследования являются документальные, институционные основы культурного сотрудничества РФ и стран ЕС, а также разнообразные проекты и мероприятия, связанные с культурной связью между РФ и странами ЕС. Структура исследования. Работа состоит из введения, трёх глав, объединяющих в себе шесть параграфов, заключения, списка использованных источников и списка литературы. Во введении представлена актуальность темы, цель и задачи исследования, предмет и объект исследования, структура работы. В первом параграфе «Исторические традиции и правовые основы культурного сотрудничества РФ и стран ЕС» исследованы основные этапы истории взаимодействия цивилизаций России и стран ЕС, рассмотрены нормативно-правовые основы культурного сотрудничества РФ и стран ЕС. Во второй главе «Институционные основы культурного сотрудничества РФ и стран ЕС» определены основные направления и формы работы культурных центров стран ЕС в РФ, рассмотрена основная деятельность культурных центров РФ в странах ЕС. В третьей главе «Мега-события в сфере культуры как пример современного культурного сотрудничества России и стран ЕС» исследовано «Евровидение» как пример музыкальной связи РФ и стран ЕС, а также «Манифеста» как пример художественной связи РФ и стран ЕС. В заключении сделаны выводы, подведены итоги исследования. Работа содержит 91 страницу. Для написания использованы 107 источников. По результатам исследования, были проанализированы основные направления и формы культурного сотрудничества РФ и стран ЕС, спрогнозированы основные тенденции к развитию взаимоотношений в сфере культуры этих стран.

Master's thesis on "Cultural cooperation of the Russian Federation and the EU countries, the main directions and forms." The purpose of this research is a comprehensive character analysis, directions and forms of cultural cooperation between the Russian Federation and the EU countries. The object of the research is cultural cooperation of the Russian Federation and the EU countries. The subject of the research is the documentary, institutional foundations of cultural cooperation between the Russian Federation and the EU countries, as well as various projects and activities related to the cultural connections between the Russian Federation and the EU countries. The introduction presents the relevance of the topic, the purpose and objectives of the research, the subject and object of the research, the structure of the work. In the first chapter “Historical traditions and legal foundations of cultural cooperation between the Russian Federation and the EU countries”, the main stages of the history of interaction between civilizations of Russia and the EU countries are examined, and the legal and regulatory frameworks of cultural cooperation between the Russian Federation and the EU countries are examined. In the second chapter “Institutional bases of cultural cooperation of the Russian Federation and the EU countries” the main directions and forms of work of the cultural centers of the EU countries in the Russian Federation are defined, the main activities of the cultural centers of the Russian Federation in the EU countries are considered. The third chapter “Mega-events in the field of culture as an example of modern cultural cooperation between Russia and the EU countries” explored Eurovision as an example of musical connection between the Russian Federation and EU countries, as well as a “Manifesto” as an example of artistic connection between the Russian Federation and the EU countries. In the conclusion of the findings, summarized the study. This work contains 91 pages and 107 sources. According to the results of the research, the main directions and forms of cultural cooperation between the Russian Federation and the EU countries were analyzed, the main trends towards the development of relations in the cultural sphere of these countries were predicted.
