Methods of financial diagnostics of a commercial organization

Abstract

В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы были рассмотрены основные теоретические и практические аспекты методов финансовой диагностики предприятий. В ходе проведения исследования были определены основные типы существующих методов финансовой диагностики, их содержание и особенности применения на практике. Кроме того, была подтверждена высокая значимость финансовой диагностики как для самого предприятия, так и для его контрагентов. В рамках практической части выпускной квалификационной работы была проведена сравнительная оценка финансового состояния двух предприятий кондитерской отрасли: ЗАО «Сормовская кондитерская фабрика» и ОАО «Рот Фронт». Были выделены проблемы их функционирования, определены основные тренды изменения показателей отчетности. Кроме того, в ходе исследования был проведен анализ ликвидности, доходности, финансовой устойчивости и деловой активности обоих фабрик с применением коэффициентных методов финансовой диагностики. Использование комплексных методов финансового анализа позволило оценить вероятность банкротства данных предприятий и сделать выводы относительно общего финансового положения каждой из рассматриваемых кондитерских фабрик. Ключевым выводом в рамках выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы послужило понимание необходимости применения методов финансовой диагностики предприятий, их совершенствования, а также адаптации используемых зарубежных методов к российским условиям.

As part of the final qualifying work, the main theoretical and practical aspects of the methods of financial diagnostics of enterprises were considered. In the course of the study, the main types of existing methods of financial diagnostics, their content and features of practical application were identified. In addition, the high importance of financial diagnostics was confirmed both for the enterprise itself and for its counterparties. As part of the practical part of the final qualifying work, a comparative assessment of the financial condition of the two enterprises of the confectionery industry was conducted: CJSC «Sormovskaya Confectionery Factory» and OJSC «Rot Front». The problems of their functioning were highlighted, the main trends in reporting indicators were identified. In addition, the study analyzed the liquidity, profitability, financial stability and business activity of both factories using the coefficient methods of financial diagnostics. The use of complex methods of financial analysis made it possible to assess the probability of bankruptcy of these enterprises and to draw conclusions regarding the overall financial situation of each of the confectioneries under consideration. The key conclusion in the implementation of the final qualifying work was an understanding of the need to apply the methods of financial diagnostics of enterprises, their improvement, as well as the adaptation of foreign methods used to Russian conditions.
