Актуальность данной работы обусловлена тем фактом, что на данный момент имеющиеся труды раскрывают отдельные аспекты рассматриваемой проблемы, являясь недостаточно емкими. Главные аспекты интеграции российских компаний в мировое хозяйство через слияние и поглощение требуют дальнейшего комплексного анализа с учетом последних происходящих изменений в структуре и динамике развития мировых рынков. Объектом данного исследования является национальный рынок слияния и поглощения. Предметом исследования является процесс оценки эффективности сделки слияния и поглощения на примере конкретных компаний. Цель исследования – оценка эффективности сделки слияния и поглощения с помощью анализа компаний и расчета экономических выгод. Достижение поставленной цели осуществляется в ходе решения следующих задач: раскрыть сущность и цели процессов слияния и поглощения, продемонстрировать этапы проведения сделки слияния, описать методы оценки эффективности слияния и поглощения и т.д. В данной выпускной квалификационной работе была проведена оценка эффективности сделки слияния и поглощения с помощью анализа компаний и расчета экономических выгод.

The relevance of this work related to the fact that the existing works reveal certain aspects of the problem under consideration, being insufficiently capacious. The main aspects of integrating Russian companies into the world economy through mergers and acquisitions transactions require further comprehensive analysis, taking into account the latest changes in the structure and dynamics of the development of world markets. The object of this research is the national mergers and acquisitions market. The subject of the research is the process of evaluating the effectiveness of a merger and acquisition transaction on the example of specific companies. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a merger and acquisition transaction using company analysis and calculation of economic benefits. Achieving this goal is carried out in the course of solving the following tasks: to reveal the essence and goals of the merger and acquisition processes, demonstrate the stages of the merger transaction, describe methods for evaluating the effectiveness of mergers and acquisitions, etc. In this Final Qualification Paper, the effectiveness of the merger and acquisition transaction was evaluated using an analysis of companies and calculation of economic benefits.
