Cultural relations of Russia and China in the framework of the project "One Belt One Road"

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена тому, чтобы определить, какое место занимают российско-китайские культурные проекты в процессе участия этих стран в инициативе «Один пояс, один путь» (ОПОП), выявить их перспективы и проблемы. В работе рассматривается история российско-китайских культурных обменов и выясняются исторические причины, по которым существует дружба двух стран из поколения в поколение. В диссертации раскрывается российско-китайская модель культурных связей в рамках реализации проекта «Один пояс, один путь» в четырех аспектах: нормативно-правовая основа, механизм, институт и конкретные виды культурного обмена России и Китая. В данном работе в качестве исследовательского фона рассматривается процесс строительства «Один пояс, один путь» в начале XXI века, исследуется прогресс современного российско-китайского культурного сотрудничества. В работе подтверждаются перспективы и выявляются проблемы российско-китайских культурных обменов в рамках проекта ОПОП. Автор выдвигает собственные предложения по развитию культурных связей России и Китая в рамках проекта «Один пояс, один путь».

This work is devoted to determining the place occupied by Russian-Chinese cultural projects in the process of participation in the initiative “One Belt, One Road” (B&R), to identify their prospects and problems. The work examines the history of Russian-Chinese cultural exchanges and identifies the historical reasons why there is friendship between the two countries from generation to generation. The dissertation reveals the Russian-Chinese model of cultural relations in the framework of the project “One Belt, One Road” in four aspects: the legal framework, mechanism, institution and specific types of cultural exchanges between Russia and China. In this work, the construction process “One Belt, One Road” at the beginning of the XXI century is considered as a research background, and research on the progress of modern Russian-Chinese cultural cooperation. The work confirms the prospects and identifies the problems of Russian-Chinese cultural exchanges in the framework of the B&R project. The author puts forward her own proposals for the development of cultural relations between Russia and China in the framework of the project “One Belt, One Road”.
