Social aspects of the adaptation of immigrants in Germany

Работа посвящена изучению различных сфер адаптации мигрантов, таких как трудоустройство, образование и социальная сфера. В последнее время появляется все больше проблем с адаптацией мигрантов, причины этому – нежелание самих мигрантов входить в немецкое общество, слабая заинтересованность муниципальных властей в вовлечении иммигрантов в жизнь общества, и как следствие слабое финансирование соответствующих программ и организаций. Проблема такой большой волны мигрантов и их адаптации в общество до сих пор остается на повестке дня, и в данной работе представлены промежуточные итоги немецкой политики по адаптации мигрантов в общество

The work is devoted to the study of various areas of adaptation of migrants, such as employment, education and the social sphere. There are more and more problems with the adaptation of migrants, the reasons for this are the reluctance of migrants themselves to enter German society, the weak interest of municipal authorities in involving immigrants in society, and, as a consequence, poor funding of relevant programs and organizations. The problem of such a large wave of migrants and their adaptation to society is still on the agenda, and this paper presents the interim results of the German policy on the adaptation of migrants to society.
