Institutional factors of innovation policy effectiveness: global experience and Russian practice

Данная работа посвящена оценке эффективности национальных инновационных систем, а также разработке модели индикаторов эффективности российской инновационной политики. В условиях инновационной трансформации мировых систем крайне важным для государств является поиск наиболее оптимального пути реформирования национальных экономик. Реализация эффективной инновационной политики становится не только основой продуктивного социально-экономического развития, но и конкурентным преимуществом страны.

This work is devoted to evaluating the effectiveness of national innovation systems and developing a model of indicators of the effectiveness of Russian innovation policy. It is important for States to find the most optimal way to reform national economies in the conditions of innovative transformation of world systems. Creating an effective innovation policy is not only the basis for productive socio-economic development, but also a competitive advantage of the country.
