Особенности формирования среды открытых общественных пространств в условиях Крайнего Севера (на примере города Магадан)

Аннотация к магистерской диссертации Диссертация посвящена проблемам формирования среды открытых общественных пространств в условиях Крайнего Севера. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью формирования комплексного средового подхода к организации общественных пространств с учетом природных, климатических, градостроительных особенностей и социокультурных запросов горожан в условиях Севера. В первой главе «Открытые общественные пространства в условиях Крайнего Севера: проблемы и потенциал развития» изучены природно-климатические особенности городов Крайнего Севера и их этнокультурное своеобразие, рассмотрены основные особенности формирования северных городов и принципы формирования футуристических проектов арктических городов, проанализированы методы исследования и формирования общественных пространств, рассмотрен мировой опыт формирования открытых общественных пространств в арктических государствах, выявлены проблемы и потенциал развития общественных пространств в условиях Крайнего Севера, что помогло выявить ряд аспектов, на основе которых осуществлена концепция формирования среды открытых общественных пространств города Магадана. Во второй главе «Комплексный анализ общественных пространств Магадана» рассматриваются природно-климатические особенности города, условия инсоляции, направления ветров и погодные условия в разные сезоны года, ландшафтное своеобразие города, исторический каркас, условия пешеходной и транспортной доступности, этнокультурное своеобразие. Определены точки притяжения для горожан и гостей города, выявлена типология общественных пространств и социальный запрос в отношении качества городской среды. В рамках исследования, проведен опрос жителей города, с помощью которого удалось выделить предпочтения жителей города, выявить ряд проблем, снижающих социальную активность и привлекательность пространств города. В третьей главе «Концепция средового формирования открытых общественных пространств Магадана» предлагается разработанная методология формирования открытых общественных пространств в условиях Крайнего Севера и дизайн-концепция среды открытых общественных пространств Магадана. Разработанная на основе исследования дизайн-концепция может быть использована в рамках планирования градостроительного развития города Магадан и других городов северных и арктических регионов России. Реализация методологии и результатов исследования будут способствовать улучшению качества жизни людей и создадут комфортную городскую среду даже в холодное время года, а также помогут в развитии социальных связей и отношений между людьми.

Annotation to the master's dissertations The dissertation is devoted to the problems of formation of the environment of open public spaces in the conditions of the Far North. The topic is relevant due to the need of forming an integrated environmental approach to the organization of public spaces, taking into account the natural, climatic, urban features and socio-cultural needs of citizens in the North. In the first chapter "Open public spaces in the conditions of the Far North: problems and development potential", the natural and climatic features of the Far North cities and their ethno-cultural identity are studied, the main features of the formation of northern cities and the principles of the formation of futuristic projects of Arctic cities are considered, the methods of research and formation of public spaces are analyzed, the world experience of the formation of open public spaces in the Arctic states is considered, the problems and potential for the development of public spaces in the conditions of the Far North were identified, which helped to identify a number of aspects that lay in the basis of the concept of creating an open public spaces environment in the city of Magadan was implemented. The second chapter, "A comprehensive analysis of the public spaces of Magadan", examines the natural and climatic features of the city, the conditions of insolation, wind directions and weather conditions in different seasons of the year, the landscape peculiarities of the city, the historical framework, the conditions of pedestrian and transport accessibility, and the ethno-cultural originality. The points of attraction for citizens and visitors of the city are identified, the typology of public spaces and the social demand for the quality of the urban environment are identified. As part of the study, a survey of city residents was conducted which made it possible to identify the preferences of city residents, to describe a number of problems reducing social activity and the attractiveness of city spaces. The third chapter, "The concept of environmental formation of open public spaces of Magadan", proposes the developed methodology of open public spaces formation in the conditions of the Far North and the design concept of the open public spaces environment in Magadan. The design concept developed basing on the research can be used in the planning of urban development of the city of Magadan and other cities in the northern and Arctic regions of Russia. The implementation of the methodology and the results of the study will contribute to improving the quality of life of people and create a comfortable urban environment even in the cold season, as well as helping the development of social ties and relationships between people.
