The concept for developing an urban agrarian landscape in the area of the Shuangdong River, Sichuan Province, China

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию современного состояния и перспективных тенденций развития аграрного ландшафта в городах в рамках концепции устойчивого развития. Актуальность работы заключается в изучении и апробации новой модели агроландшафта и исследовании ее потенциала для устойчивого развития. В первой главе «Городской аграрный ландшафт теоретический и практический аспект» рассматриваются: факторы развития городского сельского хозяйства в стратегии устойчивого развития, теоретические аспекты реализации городских аграрных ландшафтов и специфика их формирования, мировой опыт и опыт КНР. Во второй главе «Комплексный анализ степени урбанизации и ландшафтной инфраструктуры города Дэян, провинция Сычуань, Китай» рассматриваются: природно-экологический контекст историко-культурный контекст, функциональный и градостроительный контекст. Сделан анализ территории проектирования с точки зрения перспектив создания городского аграрного ландшафта, и описываются ее проблемы и потенциал. В третьей главе «Концепция создания городского аграрного ландшафта в районе реки Шуангдонг, г. Дэян» предлагается методика комплексного подхода к созданию городских агроландшафтов пригодных для центральных горных территорий Китая, описываются перспективы и этапы реализации аграрного ландшафтного проекта в районе реки Шуандонг. В результате исследования были предложены разнообразные методы интеграции аграрного ландшафта в городскую среду. Взяв за отправную точку осознание стабильности территориальной экосистемы и устойчивого развития сельскохозяйственного производства, разработанные подробно аспекты проекта дополняют друг друга, и, наконец, формируют метод создания городского аграрного ландшафтного дизайна, который может быть применён в городах со схожими условиями. В функциональной планировке учтены основные потребности граждан, социальные, экономические и культурные ценности. Общее решение заключается в разработке разнообразного поведенческого сценария и эстетической организации парковой территории. Формирование составной модели городского агроландшафта, в основном, отражается в следующих аспектах: эмпирический агроландшафт как ядро; экологическая безопасность и улучшение окружающей среды; культурная и эстетическая ориентация, формирование общественного ландшафтного сознания; осознание важности и ценности экологии и принципов стратегии устойчивого развития в целом.

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the current state and promising trends in the development of the agricultural landscape in cities within the framework of the concept of sustainable development. The relevance of the work lies in the study and testing of a new model of the agricultural landscape and the study of its potential for sustainable development. The first chapter "Urban agricultural landscape theoretical and practical aspect" examines: the factors of urban agriculture development in the strategy of sustainable development, the theoretical aspects of the implementation of urban agricultural landscapes and the specifics of their formation, the world experience and the experience of the People's Republic of China. The second chapter, "A comprehensive analysis of the degree of urbanization and Landscape Infrastructure of Deyang City, Sichuan Province, China", examines: the natural and ecological context, the historical and cultural context, the functional and urban planning context. The analysis of the design area from the point of view of the prospects for creating an urban agricultural landscape is made, and its problems and potential are described. In the third chapter, "The concept of creating an urban agricultural landscape in the Shuangdong River area, Deyang City", a method of an integrated approach to creating urban agricultural landscapes suitable for the central mountainous territories of China is proposed, and the prospects and stages of implementing an agricultural landscape project in the Shuangdong River area are described. As a result of the research, various methods of integrating the agricultural landscape into the urban environment were proposed. Taking as a starting point the awareness of the stability of the territorial ecosystem and the sustainable development of agricultural production, the detailed aspects of the project complement each other, and finally form a method of creating urban agricultural landscape design that can be applied in cities with similar conditions. The functional layout takes into account the basic needs of citizens, social, economic and cultural values. The overall solution is to develop a diverse behavioral scenario and aesthetic organization of the park area. The formation of a composite model of the urban agricultural landscape is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the empirical agricultural landscape as the core; environmental safety and environmental improvement; cultural and aesthetic orientation, the formation of public landscape consciousness; awareness of the importance and value of ecology and the principles of the sustainable development strategy as a whole.
