The renovation concept for the Peterhof campus of St Petersburg University

Abstract

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 35 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 20 листах; проектную часть на трёх выставочных планшетах формата 1000*1400, включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации и компьютерную презентацию. Проект является частью концепции, разработанной совместно с Муриной Анфисой Викторовной. Выставочные планшеты необходимо рассматривать совместно с планшетами Муриной А. В. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью создания новых сценариев использования, функционального насыщения и уплотнения кампуса с точки зрения логики междисциплинарного взаимодействия и внутренней связанности процессов, а также необходимостью создания благоприятных условий для студентов и сотрудников СПбГУ в части эмоционального отклика пользователя на среду кампуса. Цель работы: Предложить концепцию дальнейшего развития территории Петергофского кампуса. 3. Задачи работы: провести предпроектное исследование территории; проанализировать запрос целевой аудитории; провести анализ аналогов; найти наиболее эффективные пути развития; предложить проект организации территории кампуса; создать визуальный образ среды. 4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта был проведен анализ территории комплекса, проанализированы аналоги кампусов и наукоградов. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, трёх глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. Во введении определена актуальность проекта, выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе описан анализ территории: местоположение, транспортная доступность, историческая справка, функциональное зонирование, природные и климатические особенности и восприятие существующей среды кампуса. Вторая глава посвящена анализу аналогов территории: учебных кампусов, наукоградов, а также существующих проектов развития территории Петергофского комплекса. В третьей главе формируется концепция проекта, описаны объемно-пространственное и архитектурно-художественное решения, а также средства реализации. В заключении подводится итог дипломной работы, состоящий в том, что использованные подходы и приёмы позволяют модернизировать существующую среду, сделать ее более функциональной и привлекательной. Список литературы и электронных ресурсов включает в себя 22 источника. В приложении можно найти иллюстрации к трем главам пояснительной записки. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проектное предложение основано на анализе территории петергофского комплекса и аналогов. Основная идея - преобразование Петергофского учебно-научного комплекса в наукоград, понятие которого включает триаду образования, науки и производства. Говоря о втором аспекте концепции, важно сказать о проблеме рассредоточенности университета, в особенности, говоря о естественнонаучных направлениях. Таким образом, идея - объединение естественнонаучного направления СПбГУ: создание новых факультетов, научно-исследовательских институтов и медицинской клиники. Для подробного проектирования выбрана территория для медицинского факультета и НИИ химии, площадью 11 гектар. Говоря об архитектурном стиле зданий, основные формы подчинены окружающей модернистской застройке комплекса и выполнены в стиле постмодернизм. Центральный элемент объемно-планировочного решения - “пробивающийся из камня” цветок - выполнен в бионическом стиле, в котором также решены малые архитектурные формы благоустройства. Важным аспектом проектного предложения является включение в среду четырёх ранее разработанных проектных предложений выпускников программы "Дизайн среды" СПбГУ для территории Петергофского кампуса. Также проектом предусмотрено создание гидросистемы на территории комплекса для увеличения эстетического эффекта и благотворного воздействия воды на эмоционально-психологическое состояние человека, а главное - решения проблемы водоотведения с территории кампуса и организации стока в гидросистему парка Сергиевка. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «3ds Max 2019» и «Corona Image Editor version 2», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2019», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop CC 2019», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2016».

The project includes: the explanatory note (35 sheets); the illustrative supplement (20 sheets); the project proposal on three exhibition tablets (1000*1400 mm), including diagrams, drawings, 3-D visualizations and the computer presentation. The project is part of the concept which was developed with Murina Anfisa Viktorovna. Exhibition tablets should be examined together with the tablets by Murina A. V. The relevance of the project can be determined by the necessity of creating new usage scenarios, functional saturation and densification of the campus, speaking about the logic of interdisciplinary interaction and the internal connectivity of processes. Also it is necessary to create favorable conditions for students and employees of the university for the emotional response. The main purpose is to create a project for the development of the Peterhof complex territory. 3. The tasks of the project: to conduct a pre-project study of the territory; to analyze the requests of the target audience; to explore analogs; to find the most effective ways of the development of the territory; to propose the project of the campus territory organization; to create a visual image of the area. 4. A brief description of the work. 4.1. The studied material and the structure of the explanatory note. The analysis of the complex territory was carried out, the analogs of campuses and science cities were analyzed while working on the project. The explanatory note consists of the introduction, three chapters, the conclusion, the list of references, and the supplement. The relevance of the project is determined, problems are identified, the goal and objectives are formed in the introduction. The first chapter contains the analysis of the territory: its location, transport accessibility, historical background, functional zoning, natural and climatic features, and the perception of the existing campus environment. The second chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the analogs of the territory: the educational campuses, the science cities and the existing projects for the development of the Peterhof complex territory. The concept of the project is formed, and three-dimensional, architectural and artistic solutions and the means of implementation are described in the third chapter. In conclusion, the result, which consists of the fact that the approaches and techniques used in the project allow us to modernize the existing environment, make it more functional and attractive, is summed up. The list of references and electronic resources includes 22 sources. The supplement includes the illustrations for all of the three chapters of the explanatory note. 4.2. The project proposal. The project proposal is based on the analysis of the Peterhof complex territory and its analogs. The idea is to transform the Peterhof educational and scientific complex into a science city, which includes a complex triad of education, science and production. Speaking about the second aspect of the concept, it is important to say that one of the problems of SPbU is the university dispersion, especially speaking about the faculties of natural sciences, so, the idea is to combine the natural sciences of SPbU: new faculties, research institutes and a medical clinic will be created. I chose to design the territory of the future medical faculty and chemical research institute in detail. The square is about 11 hectares. Speaking about the architectural style of the buildings, the basic forms in postmodernism are subordinated to the surrounding buildings in the style of modernism. The central element of the space-planning solution of the buildings is the flower (the bionic architectural style), which “grows from a stone”. The small architectural forms of landscaping are also designed in the style of bionics. It is important to say that four projects for the Peterhof Complex, which were made by the students of previous years of study, are included in the project. And, as a part of the project, we have constructed a hydraulic system to solve the problem of drainage from the territory of the campus and the organization of water runoff to the hydraulic system of the Sergievka Park. Moreover, the hydraulic system increases the aesthetic effect and the beneficial effect of water on the emotional and psychological state of a person. 5. A brief description of the methods, technologies and software used in preparing for the final graduation project. The project proposal was done in a 3D model created in 3ds Max 2019 and Corona Image Editor version 2, the drawings were made in AutoCAD 2019, the layout of presentation tablets was assembled in Adobe Photoshop CC 2019, the explanatory note was created in Microsoft Word 2016.
