Abstract

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 33 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 14 листах; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах формата 1000*1400 включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации; компьютерную презентацию. Проект является частью концепции, разработанной совместно с Киселёвой Анной на основе и в развитие ранее выполненных ВКР по аналогичным темам. Выставочные планшеты необходимо рассматривать в комплексе с планшетами А. Киселёвой. 1. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью функционального насыщения, создания новых сценариев использования и уплотнения кампуса с точки зрения логики междисциплинарного взаимодействия и внутренней связанности процессов. 2. Цель работы: Заключается в том, чтобы предложить проект дальнейшего развития концепции модернизации Петергофского кампуса СПбГУ. 3. Задачи работы: ● провести предпроектное исследование пространства ● провести анализ запросов ЦА ● провести сбор и анализ аналогов, подбор инструментов ● провести анализ предшествующих проектов на данную тему ● провести анализ территории и выявить ресурс ● найти наиболее эффективные пути развития ● предложить проект развития концепции модернизации образовательной среды кампуса. 4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории и всех предыдущих проектов на тему Петергофского кампуса СПбГУ, проанализирован метод сценарного проектирования и примеры его использования. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и приложения. Во введении выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе описываются местоположение и транспортная инфраструктура, исторические сведения о территории, архитектурно-стилевое решения зданий, современное состояние и функциональное использование территории. Во второй главе приводится описание метода сценарного проектирования, анализ мирового опыта построения сценарного каркаса в средовом пространстве, комплексный анализ предшествующих проектов. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, сценарному использованию территории, объединению предшествующих наработок, объемно-пространственному и ландшафтному решению. Список литературы и электронных ресурсов включает в себя 16 источников, приложение содержит изображения, иллюстрирующие текст. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект развития Петергофского учебно-научного комплекса СПбГУ основан на результатах анализа объекта, который показывает, что комплекс обладает научно-техническим потенциалом в нескольких областях, что при определенном векторе развития может способствовать его становлению в качестве наукограда. Для формирования вектора «Петергоф – Наукоград» требуется объединение триады науки, производства и образования на одной территории, поэтому основой концепции является объединение всего естественнонаучного направления и его дополнение Научно-исследовательскими институтами и профильной клиникой. В проекте предлагается объединить воедино большую часть проектных предложений выпускников прошлых лет, включающих в себя возведение новых зданий, модернизацию существующих объектов и благоустройство некоторых публичных пространств для визуального насыщения среды кампуса и повышения её комфортности. Предлагается концепция архитектурного облика здания нового научно-исследовательского института, создание благоустроенного прогулочного парка и возведение надземного пешеходного кольца – видовой площадки, на пересечении основных планировочных осей. Благодаря предложенным методам решаются основные выявленные проблемы: слишком низкая плотность застройки, невысокое качество ландшафтной среды и потребность студентов в организации досуговой сферы и жизни внутри студенческого городка. С точки зрения пространственной и средовой организации, основной идеей проекта становится гармоничная взаимосвязь новой архитектуры с контекстом места и сохранение взаимосвязи кампуса с природой, как ценность. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2018» и «Lumion 8.0», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2021», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop 2020», пояснительная записка создана в «Google Docs». The project contains: an explanatory note on 33 sheets; an illustrative appendix on 14 sheets; project on three exhibition tablets of the 1000*1400 format including diagrams, drawings, 3-D visualizations; a computer presentation. The project is part of a concept developed in cooperation with Anna Kiseleva on the basis of previous final qualification works on similar topics and in order to develop them. Exhibition tablets should be considered together with A. Kiseleva's tablets. 1. The relevance of the work is due to the need for functional saturation, the creation of new ways of using and the consolidation of the campus in terms of the logic of interdisciplinary interaction and internal connectivity of the processes. 2. The purpose of the work: to propose a project for further development and modernization of St. Petersburg State University Peterhof Campus. 3. Brief description of the work. 4.1. The studied material and the structure of the explanatory note. In the course of the implementation of the graduation project, an analysis of the territory and all previous projects on the St. Petersburg State University Peterhof Campus was carried out, the method of scenario design and examples of its use were analyzed. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and an appendix. The introduction includes the problems, the purpose and the tasks of the work. The first chapter describes the location and transport infrastructure, historical information about the territory, architectural and style solutions of the buildings, the current state and functional use of the territory. The second chapter describes the method of scenario design, analyzes the world experience of building a scenario framework in the environment, and provides a comprehensive analysis of previous projects. The third chapter is devoted to the concept of the project, the scenario use of the territory, the combination of previous developments, the spatial and landscape solutions. The list of references and electronic resources includes 16 sources, the appendix contains images illustrating the text. 4.2. Developed project proposals. The development project of the St. Petersburg State University Peterhof Educational and Scientific Complex is based on the results of the analysis of the object, which shows that the complex has scientific and technical potential in several areas, which with a certain vector of development can contribute to its formation as a science town. To form the "Peterhof–Naukograd" vector, it is necessary to unite the triad of science, production and education on the territory, therefore, the basis of the concept is to unite the entire natural science department and to supply it with research institutes and a specialized clinic. The project proposes to combine together most of the previous graduates' project proposals, including the construction of new buildings, the modernization of existing facilities and the improvement of some public spaces to visually saturate the campus environment and increase its comfort. In this work is proposed the concept of the architectural appearance of the new research institute building, the creation of a well-maintained walking park and the construction of an aboveground pedestrian ring – an observation platform, at the intersection of the main planning axes. Thanks to the proposed methods, the main identified problems are solved: low built upness, low quality of the landscape environment and the students' need to organize leisure activities and life inside the campus. From the spatial and environmental organization point of view, the main idea of the project is the creation of the harmonious relationship of the new architecture with the context of the place and preservation of the relationship of the campus with nature as a value. 5. Brief description of the methods, technologies and software used in preparing for the final graduation project. The design part of the work was done in a 3D-model created in "SketchUp 2018" and "Lumion 8.0", the drawings were made in "AutoCAD 2021", the presentation tablets and their layout in "Adobe Photoshop 2020", the explanatory note was created in "Google Docs".
