The History of the Trasological Theory Development in the Russian Science (the Late 19th - Early 21st Centuries)

Abstract

Аннотация. Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена истории, развитию и современному состоянию трасологической теории в российской науке. В работе подробно рассматривается трасологическая теория в исторической и криминалистической науках: история формирования теории следа в археологической науке в рамках работы Института археологической технологии; в исследованиях С.А. Семёнова и его учеников и современное её состояние; история и подходы трасологического изучения письменных исторических источников; история становления и развитие криминалистического учения о следах. В фокусе работы находится проблема теории и методологии следоведения в исторических исследованиях. Особенное внимание уделено археологической трасологии, т.к. именно в данном направлении исследований существует наибольшее количество противоречий в рамках существующей методологии. Тем не менее, в отечественных исследованиях не прослеживается стремления определить место археологической трасологии в системе следоведческих наук. В работе автором использован экспериментально-трасологический метод, применяемый в археологической трасологии, на основе которого проводится сравнительный анализ и выясняются перспективы формирования единого экспертного подхода в изучении письменных и вещественных источников на базе криминалистической теории следоведения. Выявлены проблемы формирования такого подхода и предложены возможные пути их решения.

Annotation. The final qualification work is dedicated to the history, development and current state of the trasological theory in Russian science. The work considered in detail the trasological theory in the historical and forensic sciences: the history of the development of the trace theory in archaeological science as part of the work of the Institute of Archaeological Technology; in the studies of S.A. Semenov and his students and its current state; the history and approaches of the trasological study of written historical sources; the history of formation and development of the forensic doctrine of the tracks. The focus of the work is the issue of the theory and methodology of the tracks doctrine in the historical research. Special attention has been given to the archaeological trasology, because there are the greatest number of contradictions within the framework of the existing methodology in this area of the research. Nevertheless, domestic studies doesn't have a tendency to determine the place of the archeological trasology in the system of the tracks doctrine sciences. The author used the experimental-traological method, that was used in the archaeological trasology and on its basis a comparative analysis is being carried out and the prospects are being revealed for the formation of a single expert approach in the study of written and material sources on the basis of the forensic theory. The problems of the formation of such an approach are identified and possible solutions are proposed.
