Deng Xiaoping's Cultural Policy in the Years of Reform and Openness

Abstract

АННОТАЦИЯ на выпускную квалификационную работу Тема: Особенности культурной политики Дэн Сяопина в годы проведения "политики реформ и открытости». Выпускная квалификационная работа бакалавра выполнена студентом IV курса программы Культурология (профиль «Китайская культура») института философии Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета Джалиловым Константином Таировичем. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и списка литературы. Цель исследования: определить и проанализировать основные факторы, оказавшие наибольшее влияние на культурную политику КНР в годы правления Дэн Сяопина. Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что на данный момент в российском китаеведении наблюдается некоторый недостаток работ, посвященных культурной политики Дэн Сяопина в годы проведения политики «реформ и открытости». Дипломная работа посвящена исследованию и анализу основных особенностей культурной политики тех лет. В первой главе работы дается характеристика культурной сферы к концу «культурной революции», перечисляется ряд событий 1978-1984 гг. оказавших влияние на развитие культурной политики, а также анализируются итоги III Пленума ЦК КПК и некоторых других важных кампаний правительства. Во второй главе дается анализ ряда документов регулирующих культурную сферу, выработанных правительством КНР в 1985-1992 гг., перечисляются основные события в сфере культуры тех лет, а также анализируется ход двух важнейших кампаний: «по борьбе с желтыми материалами» и «по борьбе с буржуазной либерализацией» и их влияния на культурную политику.

ANNOTATION of graduation qualification work Topic: Deng Xiaoping's cultural policy in the years of the “Policy of Reforms and Openness”. The graduation qualification work of the bachelor’s degree was carried out/completed by a senior student of the program Cultural Studies (profile "Chinese Culture") of the Institute of Philosophy of St. Petersburg State University Konstantin Tairovich Dzhalilov. The graduation qualification work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion and list of references. The target of the research: to identify and analyze the main factors that had the greatest impact on the cultural policy of China during the rule of Deng Xiaoping. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that at the moment in Russian Chinese studies there is a certain lack of works devoted to the cultural policy of Deng Xiaoping during the years of the policy of “reform and openness”. The thesis is devoted to the study and analysis of the main features of the cultural policy of those years. The first chapter of the work gives a description of the cultural sphere towards the end of the “cultural revolution”, lists a number of events from 1978-1984 which influenced the development of cultural policy, and also analyzes the results of the III Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee and some other important government campaigns. The second chapter gives an analysis of a number of documents regulating the cultural sphere developed by the PRC government in 1985-1992, lists the main events in the cultural sphere of those years, and analyzes the course of two major campaigns: “to combat yellow materials” and “to combat bourgeois liberalization ”and their influence on cultural policy.
