Aseptic issues in an orthopedic department. The modern aspect of disinfection and sterilisation

Цель исследования - анализ качества исполнения протоколов дезинфекции и стерилизации в клинике ортопедической стоматологии для последующего формирования практических рекомендаций по оптимизации протоколов исполнения и контроля дезинфекции и стерилизации. Теоретическая часть исследования проводилась методом анализа литературных источников. Практическая часть исследования - методом анкетирования врачей-стоматологов-ортопедов из государственных и частных медицинских учреждений, а также с помощью ретроспективного анализа санитарно-эпидемиологических экспертиз государственных и частных медицинских учреждений. В работе проведен анализ качества исполнения и контроля протоколов дезинфекции и стерилизации в ортопедической стоматологии. По результатам исследования на фоне соблюдения требований санитарно-эпидемиологической внешней экспертизы и положительной внутренней оценки деконтаминационных мероприятий, автором были выявлены признаки несоблюдения норм асептики. По результатам исследования и их статистической обработке были даны практические рекомендации.

The aim of the research is to analyze the quality of implementation of disinfection and sterilization protocols in the clinic of prosthodontics for further development of practical recommendations for optimization of implementation protocols and control of disinfection and sterilization. Theoretical part of the research was carried out by the method of literature sources analysis. The practical part of the research was conducted by the method of polling prosthodontists from public and private medical clinics, as well as by means of retrospective analysis of sanitary-epidemiological examinations of public and private medical clinics. The work analyzed the quality of execution and control of disinfection and sterilization protocols in prosthodontics. According to the results of the research on the background of compliance with the requirements of sanitary-epidemiological external expertise and positive internal assessment of decontamination measures, the author has identified signs of non-compliance with aseptic norms. Based on the results of the study and their statistical processing, practical recommendations were made.
