| ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | The Dalnezapadny Jairem deposit is the SEDEX type deposit and it is the rich deposit of barite, galena and sphalerite. It is confined to the paleorift, which arose as a result of the destruction of the Epicaledonian Central Kazakhstan continental block in the Late Devonian and filled with thick sedimentary strata with red-colored continental deposits at the base part and marine clay-siliceous-carbonate rocks in the upper part. Despite the prevalence of SEDEX type deposits, the studied deposit has a unique feature - a large barite core. This paper presents the results of a mineralogical study of barite and lead-zinc ores, as well as a petrographic description of the mineralogical types of ores and data on the geological structure of the region. Altogether this made it possible to supplement the existing model for the formation of SEDEX-type deposits for this particular deposit. | en_GB |
