Features of the investigation of iatrogenic crimes committed in the provision of dental medical care

Темой моего исследования являются особенности расследования ятрогенных преступлений, совершаемых при оказании стоматологической помощи. Сфера стоматологических услуг является одной из самых востребованных и популярных медицинских сфер с мире. Соответственно, существует необходимость защиты пациента от распространившихся в последнее время дефектов оказания стоматологической помощи. В связи с высокими требованиями расследования таких фактов, перед современной криминалистической наукой стоит задача разработки актуальных методик расследования ятрогенных преступлений в области стоматологии и выявления всех его особенностей.

The topic of my research is the specifics of the investigation of iatrogenic crimes committed in the provision of dental care. The sphere of dental services is one of the most popular and indispensable medical sphere all over the world. Accordingly, there is a high need in patients protection from the recent defects in dental care. Due to the high demands of investigating such facts, modern forensic science is faced with the task of developing actual methods for investigating iatrogenic crimes in the field of dentistry and identifying all its features.
