Poetics of Landscape in the Impressionism Art: the Experience of Philosophical and Hermeneutic Analysis

Abstract

Современное мировоззрение вырастает из установок Нового времени, переосмысливая их, поэтому для осуществления саморефлексии нам важно изучить мировоззрение этого периода. Именно в Новое время формируется видение мира как образа-схемы, что и стало решающим фактором, для обращения художников к пейзажной живописи как выражением этой схемы в живописи. По причине того, что мировоззрение заявляет о себе именно в момент кризиса, то важно рассмотреть пейзаж импрессионистов как последних представителей искусства Нового времени. Именно в их живописи засвидетельствованы кризис мировоззрения, в котором мир постигается как образ, и стремление к воссоединению с природой вместо ее покорения. Импрессионисты смогли создать новый живописный язык, использующий новые приемы композиции и создания иллюзии глубины, насытили живопись яркими красками. Однако нельзя сказать, что они полностью порвали с традициями искусства, сложившимися еще со времен кватроченто. Такой дуализм в отношении художественных приемов и средств отражает переходный характер их творчества. В то время как отдельные приемы формируют целостность и самостоятельность пространства в художественном произведении, составляют живописный язык, то именно на интерпретацию поэтики импрессионистов будет направлено наше исследование. Язык как мышление принимает не только форму слов, но и форму образов, позволяя нам рассматривать в качестве текста живопись. Это позволяет нам использовать для анализа пейзажа поэтику. С помощью герменевтической интерпретации отдельных художественных приемов, составляющих структуру произведения, то есть, поэтики, мы сможем судить о его целостности, принадлежности традиции и связи с мировоззрением эпохи, то есть переживанием в историческом контексте. Так в нашей работе обеспечивается единство искусствоведения и философии, как двух точек зрения, направленных на изучение искусства. Цель данной выпускной квалификационной работы – ответить на вопрос, как именно изменения в поэтике пейзажа в процессе его развития как жанра и появление импрессионизма могут свидетельствовать нам о кризисе нововременной картины мира на подступах к двадцатому веку. Для этого необходимо осуществить философское осмысление жанра, рассмотреть поэтику как в импрессионистском пейзаже, так и в контексте предшествующих направлений живописи.

The modern worldview grows out of the attitudes of the Modern era, reinterpreting them, so for the realization of self-reflection it is important for us to explore the worldview of this period. It was in the Modern era that the vision of the world as an image-scheme was formed, which became the decisive factor for the artists to turn to landscape painting as an expression of this scheme in painting. Due to the fact that the worldview asserts itself at the moment of crisis, it is important to consider the landscape of the Impressionists as the last representatives of the art of the Modern era. It is in their paintings that the crisis of the worldview is witnessed, in which the world is perceived as an image, and the desire to reunite with nature instead of conquering it. The Impressionists were able to create a new pictorial language using new methods of composition and creating the illusion of depth, saturated the painting with bright colors. However, it cannot be said that they have completely broken with the traditions of art that have developed since the times of Quattrocento. Such dualism in relation to artistic devices and means reflects the transitional nature of their work. While individual techniques form the integrity and independence of space in a work of art, constitute a pictorial language, it is the interpretation of the poetics of the Impressionists that our research will be directed to. Language as thinking takes not only the form of words, but also the form of images, allowing us to consider painting as text. This allows us to use poetics to analyze the landscape. With the help of the hermeneutic interpretation of individual artistic techniques that make up the structure of the work, that is, poetics, we can judge its integrity, tradition and connection with the worldview of the era, that is, experience in a historical context. Thus, in our work, the unity of art history and philosophy, as two points of view aimed at the study of art, is ensured. The purpose of this Master's thesis is to answer the question of how exactly changes in the poetics of landscape in the process of its development as a genre and the appearance of impressionism can testify to us about the crisis of the modern picture of the world on the approaches to the twentieth century. To do this, it is necessary to carry out a philosophical understanding of the genre, to consider poetics both in the impressionist landscape and in the context of the preceding areas of painting.
