Complex of electrical resistivity tomography and ground-penetrating radar for solving Quaternary geology problems in the north-west of Russia

Abstract

В данной дипломной работе исследованы возможности применения комплекса геофизических методов – электротомографии и георадиолокации – для решения задач четвертичной геологии в условиях Северо-Запада. В рамках работы рассматриваются объекты, расположенные в Ленинградской области (береговой вал, перегораживающий Лахтинский залив, и погребенное под ним палеорусло р. Свирь; а также малые озера под г. Лодейное поле) и республике Карелия (озовая гряда на Заонежском п-ове).

In this diploma, the possibilities of using a complex of geophysical methods: electrical resistivity tomography and ground-penetrating radar for solving Quaternary geology problems in the north-west of Russia are explored. Within the framework of the diploma, the objects located in the Leningrad Region (the coastal bank blocking the Lakhtinsky Bay and the paleochannel of the Svir River buried under it, as well as the small lakes near the town of Lodeinoe Pole) and the Republic of Karelia (the drumlin on the Zaonezhsky Peninsula), are studied.
