The development of calculation methods for the prospective Saint Petersburg population by transport zones

Abstract

В работе предложена методика расчёта перспективной численности населения транспортных районов Санкт-Петербурга на краткосрочную перспективу, а также заложены основы для разработки аналогичных прогнозов на среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективу. Произведён анализ статистических данных, разработана формула расчёта, описан пробный расчёт и полученный прогноз. Работа выполнена при сотрудничестве с Центром транспортного планирования Санкт-Петербурга, в интересах данной организации.

The paper proposes a methodology for calculating the prospective population of transport zones of St. Petersburg for the short term, and also provides the basis for the development of similar forecasts for the medium and long term. The analysis of statistical data is carried out, the calculation formula is developed, the test calculation and the forecast are described. The work was carried out in cooperation with the Transport Planning Center of St. Petersburg, in the interests of this organization.
