Analysis of information dissemination in network

Abstract

В работе рассматриваются модели распространения в сети налогоплательщиков информации, влияющей на принятие решения об уклонении от налогов. Изучение этого вопроса актуально с точки зрения повышения эффективности работы налоговой системы. В работе представлены два типа моделей. Модели первого типа основаны на случайном распространении информации в сети. Модель второго типа позволяет учитывать рациональность поведения налогоплательщиков. Исследуемые модели помогают проанализировать различные сценарии распространения информации, рассмотреть конкретные сети и сделать общие выводы. В работе также изучены механизмы влияния на рассматриваемые процессы. Также в качестве одного из результатов исследования предложен инструмент, позволяющий автоматизировать моделирование различных сценариев распространения информации, и проведен и проанализирован ряд экспериментов.

In the current study the models of the dissemination of information in the network of taxpayers are considered. This information influences the behavior of taxpayers, specifically, their tax evasion or non-evasion. The study of this issue is relevant due to the potential increasing of efficiency of the tax system. Two types of models are considered. Models of the first type are based on the random process in the network. The model of the second type allows to take into consideration rationality of the taxpayers. The considered models used to support analysis of various scenarios of the dissemination of information and draw general conclusions. Furthermore, the ways to influence such processes are investigated. As one of the results of research, a tool that allows to simulate various scenarios for the dissemination of information was proposed, and series of experiments was conducted and analyzed.
