An integrated approach to developing a new quality of the coastal areas in the town of Lomonosov

Abstract

Диссертация посвящена проблемам развития береговых территорий г. Ломоносов в контексте агломерации и Балтийского региона и поиску способов их решения. Актуальность исследования определяется отсутствием возможности эффективно использовать прибрежные территории и необходимостью выявления потенциала прибрежных территорий при инфраструктурном развитии городов. В первой главе «Формирование береговых территорий Балтийского моря» рассматриваются: эволюция понятия и архетипы среды, социально-экономический запрос и современные тенденции формирования береговых территорий. Во второй главе «Современный опыт развития береговых территорий Финского залива» рассматриваются: экологическая ситуация и природно-климатические особенности, архитектурные традиции и социокультурный контекст. Проводится анализ существующих программ развития береговых территорий по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области. В третьей главе «Анализ современного состояния береговых территорий г. Ломоносов» подводятся итоги комплексного анализа территории, изучаются проекты, разработанные ранее для Ломоносова. В четвертой главе «Перспективное развитие береговых территорий г. Ломоносов» предлагается структурная модель для проектной работы с береговыми территориями, описываются итоговые предложения по формированию нового качества среды. Структурная модель может лечь в основу разработки стратегий по проектированию полноценной, востребованной, актуальной, выразительной и экологически сбалансированной среды. Разработанная концепция развития береговых территорий города Ломоносов может быть использована при планировании пространственного развития агломерации Санкт-Петербурга. По результатам исследования предложено к внедрению два новых типа объекта: многофункциональный морской комплекс (ММК), «Индастриал-парк»  культурно-развлекательный центр.

This thesis is about the problems of development of the coastal areas of the city of Lomonosov in the context of the agglomeration and the Baltic region, and the search for ways to solve them. The relevance of the study is determined by the lack of the ability to effectively use coastal areas and the need to identify the potential of coastal areas in the infrastructure development of cities. The first chapter "Formation of coastal areas of the Baltic Sea" consist of: the evolution of the term and archetypes of the environment, the socio-economic demand and the current trends in the formation of coastal areas. In the second chapter "Modern experience of development of coastal areas of the Gulf of Finland" is considered by: ecological situation and natural and climatic features, architectural traditions and socio-cultural context. Analysis is carried out of existing programs for the development of coastal areas in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. In the third chapter "Analysis of the current state of coastal areas of the city of Lomonosov" is considered by: the results of a complex analysis of the area and projects analysis for Lomonosov city. In the fourth chapter "Prospective development of coastal areas in Lomonosov" is proposed by a structural model for project work with coastal areas is proposed, and final concept for the formation of a new environment quality are described. The structural model can form the basis of the strategies development for designing a full-fledged, demanded, relevant, expressive and ecologically balanced environment. The concept of development of coastal areas of the city of Lomonosov can be used in planning the spatial development of the agglomeration of St. Petersburg. Based on the results of the study, two new types of facility were proposed: a multifunctional marine complex (MMC), Industrial Park - a cultural and entertaining center.
