Linguoculturological features of anthroponyms in the Chinese language: Tradition and modernity

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация посвящена антропонимам в китайском языке. Целью работы является описание эволюции китайской антропонимической модели, а также выявление лингвокультурологических особенностей антропонимов в китайском языке. Мы установили, что китайские антропонимы практически не подвергались влиянию извне, сохранив свою уникальность с архаичных времен до настоящего времени. Нами был выявлен ряд специфических особенностей китайских антропонимов, которые проявляются на фонетическом, грамматологическом, семантическом, синтаксическом уровнях языка. Помимо лингвистических особенностей нами было описано влияние экстралингвистических факторов на антропонимы и способы номинации. Мы пришли к выводу о том, что влияние традиционной китайской философии, мифологии нумерологии буквально пронизывает сферу антропонимии, что подтверждает необходимость комплексного лингвокультурологического подхода к анализу антропонимов в китайском языке.

The master's thesis is devoted to anthroponyms in the Chinese language. The aim of the research is to describe the evolution of the Chinese anthroponymic model, as well as to identify the linguistic and cultural features of anthroponyms in Chinese. We found out that Chinese anthroponyms were practically unaffected by external influences, preserving their uniqueness from archaic times to the present. We have identified a number of specific features of Chinese anthroponyms, which are manifested in the phonetic, grammatical, semantic, syntactic levels of the language. Finally, we described the influence of extralinguistic factors on anthroponyms and nomination methods. We came to the conclusion that the influence of traditional Chinese philosophy, mythology of numerology permeates the sphere of anthroponymy, which confirms the need for a comprehensive linguoculturological approach to the analysis of anthroponyms in the Chinese language.
