Current problems of the Russian Federation national policy

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена актуальной на сегодняшний день теме национальной политики в Российской Федерации. В работе прослежен теоретический и исторический генезис государственной национальной политики и особенности понимания «нации» и «этноса». Исследована специфика современных межнациональных отношений, проанализировано влияние на этнофедерализма развитие российского государства. Выявлены исторические корни этнофедерализма, его достоинства и недостатки. Автор рассматривает практические основы национальной политики, подробно изучает национальное строительство времен СССР, обозначает основные направления и проблемы современной национальной политики. Так же в работе представлен анализ перспективы формирования общероссийской национальной идентичности, рассмотрены достижения государственной власти в деле сохранения межнационального согласия.

This graduation work is devoted to the actual topic of the national policy of the Russian Federation. The work traces the theoretical and historical genesis of the state national policy and features of the understanding of the "nation" and "ethnos". The specificity of modern interethnic relations is investigated, the influence of the development of the Russian state on ethnofederalism is analyzed. The historical roots of ethnofederalism, its advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The author considers practical bases of the national policy, studies in detail the national construction of the times of the USSR, identifies the main directions and problems of modern national policy. In addition, the paper presents an analysis of the prospects for the formation of an all-Russian national identity, examines the achievements of state power in the preservation of interethnic harmony.
