Saint sovereign-martyrs Boris and Gleb

Abstract

This book is devoted to the first Russian saints to be canonized, St. Boris and Gleb who were the sons of St. Vladimir equal-to-the Apostles. Complex study of all the circumstances of the struggle for power that had began after his death deals with Russian and foreign sources as well, sphragistics, numismatics and archaeology. The most important text of the literary cicle devoted to the saints are published with the translations to the Modern Russian.
