Geoinformation technologies in the study of cartographic images of the 19th century

Abstract

Исследование посвящено применению информационных и геоинформационных технологий в обработке старопечатных карт и атласов XIX в. В магистерской диссертации освещены вопросы истории развития картографии в XIX в., библиографии старопечатных карт, создания базы данных применительно к старинным изданиям и пространственной привязки картографических изображений. Результатом работы стали систематизированные сведения и база данных «Картографическая коллекция XIX в. кафедры картографии и геоинформатики СПбГУ», содержащие структурированные данные о картографической коллекции. В работе приведен анализ состава коллекции карт и атласов XIX в. кафедры картографии и геоинформатики СПбГУ.

The research is devoted to use of informational and geoinformational technologies in processing of old printing cards and atlases of the XIXth century. In the master thesis questions of history of development of cartography in the XIXth century, the bibliography of old printing cards, creations of the database in relation to ancient editions and a space binding of cartographical images are taken up. The systematized data and the "Cartographical Collection of the XIXth сentury of Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics of St.Petersburg State University" database containing the structured data on a cartographical collection became result of work. The analysis of structure of a collection of cards and atlases of the 19th century of department of cartography and geoinformatics of St.Petersburg State University is provided in work.
