Automatic selection of informative document topics using latent Dirichlet allocation

Abstract

В работе рассматривается задача прогнозирования рейтингов скрытых тем документов. Описаны принципы построения тематической модели LDA, используемые подходы для анализа перетекания выявленных тем друг в друга с течением времени, а также построение прогнозирующей модели ARIMA для временного ряда. Выявлены проблемы, которые возникли при решении поставленной задачи, и предложены варианты их решения.

The paper considers the task of forecasting the ratings of hidden topics of documents. It describes the principles of constructing LDA topic model, the approaches used to analyze the flow of identified topics over time, as well as the construction of the ARIMA predictive model for the time series. It also reveals the difficulties that have been encountered while solving the task, and proposes options for dealing with them.
