Development of distributed information system for managing information of intellectual activity results: Client side, statistics collection, report creation

Abstract

Научным работникам, исследователям и иным творческим деятелям необходимо управлять сведениями о своих результатах интеллектуальной деятельности в сфере исследований и разработок. И если с малым количеством публикаций возможно работать вручную, то при большом их количестве структурировать информацию становится сложно. Целью настоящей работы является разработка клиентской части веб-приложения для управления сведениями о результатах интеллектуальной деятельности. Кроме того, в работе рассмотрена реализация таких функций сервиса, как аутентификация пользователя, внесение данных в систему и экспорт выборки в различных отчетах и видах, а также групповая работа.

Scientists, and creative workers have to manage information about results of their development and research activities. It is trivial to work with small amount of publications by hand, however, when the number of research papers grows, structuring the information can become difficult and prone to errors. The purpose of this work is to develop a client part of a web application for managing information about the results of intellectual activity. Furthermore, this paper considers the implementations of such services as user authentication and authorization, basic data manipulation, various types of selected data export to different reports and collaborative work.
