Synthesis of 1,2-dihydropyrazines from trisubstituted azirines and 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles and their transformations

Abstract

ВКР состоит из введения, трех глав, выводов, списка литературы, списка сокращений, благодарностей и приложения. Ключевые слова: 1,2-дигидропиразин, 2Н-азирин, 1,2,3-триазол, индол, 3¬Н-пиррол, (1,3’-бииндол), пиримидин. Объект исследования: 1-сульфонил-1,2,3-триазолы и 2¬Н-азирины. Предмет исследования: Синтез 1,2-дигидропиразинов и их превращения Во введении обосновывается актуальность выбранной темы, формулируются цель и задачи исследования, указывается объект и предмет исследования. Первая глава содержит обзор литературных данных, включающий синтез и химические свойства 1-сульфонил-1,2,3-триазолов, последние достижения в синтезе 1,2-дигидропиразинов и индолов. Вторая часть посвящена обсуждению результатов родий-катализируемой реакции 1-сульфонил-1,2,3-триазолов с тризамещенными 2¬Н-азиринами при варьировании заместителей и превращения 1,2-дигидропиразинов в производные индола и 3Н-пиррола. В третьей части проводится описание методик синтеза исходных соединений и продуктов реакции, включая идентификацию с помощью спектральных методов. Заключение содержит основные выводы по полученным результатам.

This work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of literature, a list of abbreviations, gratitudes and applications. Key words: 1,2-dihydropyrazine, 2H-azirine, 1,2,3-triazole, indole, 3H-pyrrole, 1,3'-biindole, pyrimidine. Object of investigation: 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles and 2H-azirines. Research subject: Synthesis of 1,2-dihydropyrazines and their transformations. In the introduction, the urgency of the chosen topic is substantiated, the goal and tasks of the research are formulated, the object and subject of the research are indicated. The first chapter contains a review of the literature data, including the synthesis and chemical properties of 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles, the latest advances in the synthesis of 1,2-dihydropyrazines and indoles. The second part is devoted to the discussion of the results of the rhodium-catalyzed reaction of 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles with trisubstituted 2H-azirines by varying the substituents and converting 1,2-dihydropyrazines to indole and 3H-pyrrole derivatives. The third part describes the methods of synthesis of the starting compounds and reaction products, including identification by spectral methods. The conclusion contains the main results obtained.
