Настоящая выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена правовому регулированию протекционизма в мировой торговле. Автор выявляет и анализирует существующие в праве Всемирной торговой организации механизмы, обеспечивающие эффективное противодействие протекционизму.The diploma thesis is devoted to the legal regulation of protectionism in world trade. The author reveals and analyzes the mechanisms existing in the law of the World Trade Organization that provide effective resistance to protectionism.
