The models and problems of integrated territorial development projects in the largest cities of Russia: a case study of the Chekushi neighbourhood, St Petersburg

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, четырех глав, списка литературы, приложения. Во введении обоснована актуальность выбранной темы, поставлена цель и задачи исследования. В первой главе «Теоретико-методологические основы исследования» представлены: суть, цели виды комплексного развития территории. Определен порядок принятия и реализации решения о комплексном развитии, проанализирован отечественный и зарубежный опыт комплексного развития территории, а также представлена методика исследования. Во второй главе «Модели комплексного развития территории в пространственной структуре крупнейших городов России» описана история и роль комплексного территориального развития в различных структурах городов России, а также рассмотрены преимущества и проблемы использования комплексного развития в структуре отечественных городов. Приведена комплексная типология эффективных моделей комплексного развития территории. В третьей главе «Современные тенденции и особенности развития эффективных моделей комплексного развития территории на примере г. Санкт-Петербурга» проведен анализ градостроительной среды в г. Санкт-Петербурге и описана комплексная аналитика и пространственный анализ территории района Чекуши. Четвертая глава «Комплексное развитие территории в районе Чекуши г. Санкт-Петербурга» описывает роль комплексного развития для района Чекуши и рекомендации по пространственной структуре района, а также разработано предложение по комплексному развитию района Чекуши. В заключении приведены основные выводы, полученные в результате проведенного исследования.The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, four chapters, a list of references, and an appendix. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the purpose and objectives of the study. The first chapter "Theoretical and methodological foundations of research" presents: the essence, goals, and types of integrated development of the territory. The procedure for making and implementing a decision on integrated development is determined, the domestic and foreign experience of integrated development of the territory is analyzed, and the research methodology is presented. The second chapter, "Models of integrated territorial development in the spatial structure of Russia's largest cities," describes the history and role of integrated territorial development in various structures of Russian cities, and also considers the advantages and problems of using integrated development in the structure of domestic cities. The complex typology of effective models of complex development of the territory is given. In the third chapter, "Modern trends and features of the development of effective models of integrated development of the territory on the example of St. Petersburg", an analysis of the urban environment in St. Petersburg is carried out and complex analytics and spatial analysis of the territory of the Chekushi district are described. The fourth chapter "Complex development of the territory in the area of Chekushi in St. Petersburg" describes the role of integrated development for the Chekushi district and recommendations on the spatial structure of the district, as well as a proposal for the integrated development of the Chekushi district. The main conclusions obtained as a result of the study are presented.
