Development of recommendations for improving the State Real Estate Cadastre on the territory of St. Petersburg

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе "Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию государственного кадастра недвижимости на территории Санкт-Петербурга" проанализированы законодательные акты федерального и регионального уровней, являющиеся правовой основой ведения государственного кадастра недвижимости и осуществления государственного кадастрового учета объектов недвижимости, структурированы и проанализированы особенности и проблемы осуществления государственного кадастрового учета объектов недвижимости на территории Санкт-Петербурга - крупного промышленного и культурно-исторического центра РФ, разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы государственного кадастрового учета объектов недвижимости на территории Санкт-Петербурга.The graduation thesis "Development of recommendations for improving of the State Immovable Property Cadastre in the territory of Saint-Petersburg" deals with analyzing legislative acts of the federal and regional levels, which are the legal basis for conducting the State Immovable Property Cadastre and implementation of state cadastral registration of real estate. In this paper some features and problems of the state cadastral registration of real estate in St. Peterburg - a major industrial and cultural and historical center of the Russian Federation - were structured and analyzed, we also developed some recomendations to improve the system of state cadastral registration of real estate in St. Petersburg.
