The factor of a social protest in the development of mass housing areas of St. Petersburg's agglomeration

Abstract

В работе проведен анализ проблем развития районов массовой жилой застройки Санкт-Петербургской агломерации, в частности эволюция их формирования и факторы их несбалансированного развития. Были проанализированы публикации СМИ о социальных протестах в районах массовой жилой застройки. На основе этого анализа приведена типология социальных протестов в этих районах, выделены конфликты-ключи.The paper analyzes the problems of development of mass residential areas of the St. Petersburg agglomeration, in particular the evolution of their formation and the factors of their unbalanced development. The media publications on social protests in the areas of mass residential development were analyzed. On the basis of this analysis the typology of social protests in these areas is given, conflicts-keys are allocated.
