Approaches of Russia and the United States to counteract cybercrime: comparative analysis

Научная работа посвящена углубленному изучению международных норм и руководящих принципов сотрудничества, которые имеют решающее значение в борьбе с проблемой киберпреступности. Проведен тщательный анализ различных подходов и уникальных инициатив, предпринятых Российской Федерацией и Соединенными Штатами. Также проведено сравнение не только на национальном уровне, где изучается внутренняя политика и практика каждой страны, но и на международном уровне, где исследуется, как эти страны взаимодействуют и влияют на более широкое мировое сообщество в борьбе с киберпреступностью.The scientific work is devoted to an in-depth study of international norms and guidelines for cooperation, which are critical in combating the problem of cybercrime. A thorough analysis of the different approaches and unique initiatives taken by the Russian Federation and the United States was conducted. Comparisons are also made not only at the national level, where each country's domestic policies and practices are examined, but also at the international level, where it examines how these countries interact and influence the wider global community in the fight against cybercrime.
