The socio-economic aspects of employing pre-retirement age people: the case of St. Petersburg

Данная работа посвящена анализу социально-экономической группы людей предпенсионного возраста в контексте современного рынка труда и проведенной в 2018 году пенсионной реформы. Исследование направлено на то, чтобы узнать, какие актуальные проблемы при трудоустройстве существуют у людей предпенсионного возраста, а также, как на них влияет реформа.This work is devoted to the analysis of the socio-economic group of people of pre-retirement age in the context of the modern labor market and the pension reform carried out in 2018. The study aims to find out what urgent problems in employment exist in people of pre-retirement age, as well as how reform affects them.
