Improvement of the International Trade and Transportation Scheme of the Company X

Abstract

В данной квалификационной работе разрабатывается альтернативная схема получения продукции для компании-дистрибьютора от ее контрагента. Ввиду политических изменений и сложностей транспортировки товаров с территорий недружественных стран, у рассматриваемой компании существенно снизилась прибыль. Вследствие чего, для того, чтобы компания могла продолжить свою работу, ей необходимо найти иной канал получения продукции. Целью данной работы является выявление альтернативной схемы получения продукции, маршрутов ее транспортировки и типов используемого транспорта.In this thesis, I developed an alternative scheme for receiving products for a distributor company from its counterparty. Due to political changes and difficulties in transporting goods from the territories of unfriendly countries, the company in question has significantly reduced its profit. As a result, in order for the company to continue its work, it needs to find another channel for receiving products. The goal of this thesis is to identify an alternative scheme for receiving products, routes of its transportation and types of transport.
