Abstract
Schizophrenia is a disease related to disorders of the psychotic spectrum, which includes productive, cognitive and negative symptom dimensions. Despite the disease is not widespread in the population (387.5 per 100 thousand population), the damage caused by schizophrenia is very significant, both when considering indicators of economic and social burden of schizophrenia and in the context of a significant deterioration in the quality of life of each individual patient. It is especially important for those who are able to work, patients in remission. It is known that negative symptoms have a great influence on functioning of patients with schizophrenia. And studies of the gender difference in negative symptoms took place. But question of the negative symptoms among the patients in remission and gender differences remains open. This study is dedicated to it.
