Аннотация к ВКР на тему "Подход РФ к международной информационной безопасности" Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка источников и литературы. Во введении обоснована актуальность выбранной темы, поставлена цель и задачи исследования, представлена научная гипотеза исследования "В сложившейся военно-политической обстановке на мировой арене реальным фактором поддержания международной информационной безопасности является политика сдерживания в киберпространстве." Основные методы исследования - дискурс анализ, историко-описательный. В Главе 1 проводиться анализ теоретической составляющей международной-информационной безопасности, анализ нормативно-правовой базы РФ по вопросу информационной безопасности. В Главе 2 рассмотрена деятельность РФ на международной арене по созданию режима международной информационной безопасности в рамках ООН, в рамках многосторонних международных организаций и объединений и двусторонние отношения по проблематике между РФ и США.. В заключении представлены результаты исследования, определены основные отличительные черты политики РФ по обеспечению режима международной информационной безопасности.Abstract for the graduate qualification work on the topic "The Approach of the Russian Federation to the Information Security Issue". The graduate qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources and literature. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives of the research, presents the scientific hypothesis "In the current military and political situation in the world arena, the real factor in maintaining international information security is the policy of deterrence in cyberspace". The main research methods are discourse analysis, historical and descriptive. Chapter 1 analyzes the theoretical component of international information security, and analyzes the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation on the issue of information security. Chapter 2 examines Russia's activities in the international arena to create an international information security regime within the UN, within multilateral international organizations and associations, and bilateral relations on the issue between Russia and the United States. The conclusion presents the results of the study and identifies the main distinctive features of the Russian Federation's policy to ensure an international information security regime.
