Abstract
Данная выпускная квалификационная работа рассматривает внутриигровые предметы как элемент диверсификации инвестиционного портфеля. Цель работы – оценить риски и доходность инвестирования во внутриигровые активы, а также предложить инвестиционный портфель внутриигровых предметов. В работе будут использованы следующие аналитические инструменты: анализ различных типов внутриигровых предметов и рынка внутриигровых предметов в целом, составление инвестиционного портфеля и сравнение этого портфеля с другими типами активов (криптовалюта, акции крупных компаний и индексы американской фондовой биржи) при помощи коэффициента Шарпа и коэффициента Сортино.
В результате работы был составлен список типов предметов (методов), которые имеют инвестиционную ценность. Также было выяснено, что на данный момент внутриигровые предметы являются привлекательным активом для инвестиции, превосходящие по коэффициенту риска к доходности такие типы активов, как криптовалюта и акции крупных американских компаний. Также было доказано, что добавление внутриигровых предметов в уже существующие инвестиционные портфели значительно уменьшают риск и увеличивают доходность инвестиционного портфеля.
This Bachelor thesis considers in-game items as an element of diversification of the investment portfolio. The purpose of the work is to assess the risks and profitability of investing in in–game assets, as well as to propose an investment portfolio of in-game items. The following analytical tools will be used in this paper: analysis of various types of in-game items and the in-game items market as a whole, compilation of an investment portfolio and comparison of this portfolio with other types of assets (cryptocurrency, shares of large companies and indices of the American stock exchange) using the Sharpe coefficient and the Sortino coefficient. As a result of the work, a list of types of items (methods) that have investment value was compiled. It was also found out that at the moment in-game items are an attractive asset for investment, surpassing such types of assets as cryptocurrency and shares of large American companies in terms of risk-to-return ratio. It has also been proven that adding in-game items to existing investment portfolios significantly reduces risk and increases the profitability of the investment portfolio.
