Abstract
В работе рассматриваются современные теоретические подходы к денежно-кредитному регулированию, а также основные направления и особенности монетарной политики Банка России. Определены основные нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие деятельность Центрального Банка РФ, а также ряд современных направлений монетарной политики в РФ. Приведен и проанализирован международный опыт проведения денежно-кредитной политики в разных странах, а также разобраны действия Центральных Банков различных стран в кризисных условиях. Изучен и применен эконометрический аппарат, используемый для проведения комплексного эмпирического исследования. В рамках данного исследования выявлен ряд особенностей формирования денежного предложения в России, а также особенности монетарной политики в целом.
In this paper the modern approaches of monetary regulation are considered as well as the main trends and features of the monetary policy of the Bank of Russia. The main regulatory and legal acts , which regulate the activity of the Central Bank of Russia, are defined and used in order to clarify the tools and methods which Bank of Russia uses in its actions. The international experience of conducting monetary policy in different countries during the crisis period is presented and analysed. The econometric theory used to carry out a complex empirical research was studied and applied. Within the framework of this study, a number of features of the formation of money supply in Russia, as well as characteristics of monetary policy in general were identified.
