Abstract
Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена изучению удовлетворенности сотрудников технологиями управления персоналом в научно-техническом подразделении на примере крупной компании. В условиях современного корпоративного мира удовлетворенность сотрудников технологиями управления персоналом, является критически важным фактором для успеха компаний, особенно в научно-технических подразделениях. Развитие систем управления талантами внутри коллектива стало ключевым элементом управленческой стратегии, особенно в крупных корпорациях.
Данная работа содержит 2 главы, заключение, список используемых источников и приложения. Во введении раскрываются: актуальность темы, основные цели и задачи исследования, объект и предмет работы. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические подходы к изучению влияния технологических инструментов на эффективность работы, мотивацию и взаимодействие персонала в контексте классических и современных социологических теорий. Во второй главе представлен анализ полученных результатов эмпирического исследования, а также приведены рекомендации для улучшения технологий управления. В заключении сделаны выводы о технологиях управления в компании.
The final qualification work is devoted to the study of employee satisfaction with personnel management technologies in the scientific and technical department on the example of a large company. In the modern corporate world, employee satisfaction with human resources management technologies is a critical factor for the success of companies, especially in scientific and technical departments. The development of talent management systems within the team has become a key element of management strategy, especially in large corporations. This work contains 2 chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. The introduction reveals: the relevance of the topic, the main goals and objectives of the study, the object and subject of the work. The first chapter discusses theoretical approaches to studying the impact of technological tools on work efficiency, motivation and staff interaction in the context of classical and modern sociological theories. The second chapter presents an analysis of the results of an empirical study, as well as recommendations for improving management technologies. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about management technologies in the company.
