Данная работа посвящена российско-латиноамериканским отношениям в начале XX века. Цель исследования - выявить проблемы, возникавшие при практической реализации контактов в 1900-1914 гг., а также действия российских министерств и ведомств по их устранению. Работа основана на материалах Российского государственного исторического архива.This study is devoted to Russian-Latin American relations in the early twentieth century. The aim of the study was to identify the problems that arose in the practical implementation of contacts in 1900-1914, as well as the actions of Russian ministries and agencies to eliminate them. The work is based on the materials of the Russian State Historical Archive.
