The impact of digital transformation on the information lifecycle of an organization

Abstract

В диссертации цифровизация рассматривается через исследование влияния цифровой трансформации на развитие организации, а также их взаимосвязь с концепцией жизненного цикла. Целью данной работы является выявление влияния цифровой трансформации на информационный жизненный цикл организации. С учетом отличительных характеристик организации, осуществляющей деятельность в сфере выставочного бизнеса, и специфики ее деятельности сформирована информационно-логическая модель. В работе проводится выделение параметров оценки внедрения цифровизации в организации. Функционирование компании и переход ее в новые качественные состояния с учетом влияния цифровизации описаны с применением математических методов скрытой марковской модели прогнозирования поведения организации с элементами концепции жизненного цикла организации, метод Монте-Карло применен для проведения сценарного имитационного моделирования. Сформированы предложения по внедрению цифровизации в деятельность организации, разработан программный комплекс на высокоуровневом языке программирования Python, произведено обоснование выбора плана постепенной цифровизации организации малого бизнеса.In this paper digitalization is considered through a study of digital transformation’s impact on the development of an organization, as well as their relationship with the concept of organisational lifecycle. The main objective of this paper is to identify the impact of digital transformation on the informational life cycle of the organization. Taking into account the distinctive characteristics of the organization carrying out activities in the field of exhibition business, and the specifics of its activities, an information-logical model has been formed. The paper identifies the parameters for assessing the implementation of digitalization in the organization. The functioning of the company and its transition into new qualitative states taking into account the impact of digitalization are described using mathematical methods of the hidden Markov model for predicting the behavior of an organization with elements of the concept of the organization's life cycle, the Monte Carlo method is applied to conduct scenario simulation modeling. Suggestions for the implementation of digitalization in the activities of the organization have been formed, a program complex on high-level programming language Python has been developed, justifying choosing a plan for the gradual digitalization of a small business organization.
