Modern approaches to evaluation of policy in Russia

Abstract

В данной работе автор анализирует теоретические основы и практическую реализацию оценивания, а также выявляет основные проблемы. В первой главе автор исследует основные понятия в области оценивания и кластеры проблем, определяет основные методы оценивания, выявляет особенности проведения оценивания. Вторая глава основана на анализе эмпирических данных как федерального, так и регионального уровня, которая посвящена анализу внутренней политики России на основе методов оценивания на современном этапе развития. Политическое оценивание носит многоаспектный характер, затрагивающий как социальную, экономическую так и культурную политику.In this paper the author analyzes the theoretical bases and practical implementation of evaluation and also identifies the main problems. In the first chapter the author explores the basic concepts in the field of evaluation and clusters of problems, determines the main methods of evaluation, identifies the features of the evaluation. The second chapter is based on the analysis of empirical data at both the federal and regional levels, which is devoted to the analysis of Russia's domestic policy based on the methods of evaluation at the present stage of development. Political evaluation is multidimensional, affecting both social, economic and cultural policies.
