Prospects for the Development of Event Tourism in Austria and Hungary

Abstract

В работе представлено исследование степени развития событийного туризма и оценка перспектив его дальнейшего продвижения в странах Австрии и Венгрии. Рассматриваются особенности, функции, классификации, влияние на экономику стран и регионов событийного туризма, а также возможность применения опыта проведения событийных мероприятий Австрии и Венгрии в регионах Российской Федерации.The development of event tourism and assessment of the prospects for its further development in Austria and Hungary are studied. The features, functions, classification, the impact on the countries’ and regions’ economy of event tourism are considered. Moreover, the possibility of applying the experience of carrying out event activities of Austria and Hungary in the regions of the Russian Federation is estimated.
