Выпускная квалификационная работа «Внешняя образовательная политика США в отношении России как «мягкая сила»: особенности динамики развития», выполненная под руководством Ярыгина Г.О., посвящена изучению специфики внешней образовательной политики США в отношении современной России.
Объектом исследования выступает внешняя образовательная политика как инструмент реализации политики «мягкой силы» США. Предметом исследования являются роль и место внешней образовательной политики США в реализации задач внешней политики в отношении России.
Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, шести параграфов, заключения и списка литературы. Работа состоит из 59 страниц.
В первой главе автор рассматривает теоретические основания концепции «мягкой силы», а также выявляет инструменты и ресурсы концепции «мягкой силы», имеющиеся в распоряжении стран для продвижения своих интересов на международной арене. Во второй главе автор определяет роль и особенности работы институтов, координирующих применение внешней образовательной политики в США, а также эффективность применения США внешней образовательной политики в отношении России.
Теоретическая и практическая значимость данной выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена тем, что собранный и содержащийся в ней материал, являющийся результатом анализа и систематизации исследований по формированию механизмов и применению инструментов внешней образовательной политики США в контексте «мягкой силы» и роли этих инструментов во внешней политике, может быть использован для разработки мер по нивелированию негативных эффектов реализации внешней образовательной политики США в отношении России.
ANNOTATION to the graduation research-study “The US Foreign Educational Policy Towards Russia as a “Soft Power” Instrument: Features of Development Dynamics” MISHIKIAN KRISTINA OVIKOVNA The graduation research-study “The US Foreign Educational Policy Towards Russia as a “Soft Power” Instrument: Features of Development Dynamics” supervised by Yarygin G. O. The work is devoted to the study of the specifics of the US foreign educational policy towards modern Russia. The object of the research is foreign educational policy as a tool for implementing the US “soft power” policy. The subject of the research is the role and place of the US foreign educational policy in the implementation of foreign policy objectives towards Russia. Final qualification work consists of introduction, two chapters, six paragraphs, conclusion and list of references. The research study consists of 59 pages. In the first chapter, the author examines the theoretical foundations of the concept of "soft power", and also identifies the tools and resources of the concept of "soft power" available to countries to advance their interests in the international arena. In the second chapter, the author defines the role and features of the work of institutions that coordinate the application of foreign educational policy in the United States, as well as the effectiveness of the US foreign educational policy in relation to Russia. The theoretical and practical orientation of this graduation research study is reasoned by the fact that the material collected and processed for the research, based on the analysis and systematization of studies on the formation of mechanisms and tools of the U.S. foreign educational policy in the context of “soft power” and the role of these tools in implementation of foreign policy, can be used to develop measures to counterbalance the negative effects of the implementation of US foreign educational policy regarding Russia.
