Abstract
Данная работа посвящена изучению особенностей строительства на территориях, сложенных специфическими грунтами. Дана оценка инженерно-геологических условий участка строительства, расположенного в г. Самаре. Изучены свойства просадочных и набухающих грунтов. Определен тип территории по просадочности, выполнен расчет осадки ленточного и плитного фундаментов с различными глубинами заложения, и расчет просадки грунта от нагрузки фундамента. Даны рекомендации по устройству фундамента.
The paper is concerned with studies of building features in the territories folded specific soils. It is spoken in detail about the estimation of engineering geological conditions of the construction site, which is located in Samara. The text draws our attention to the properties of the swelling and subsiding soils. Much attention is given to the type definition of the subsidence territory, calculated the settlement of the strip foundation and panel wall foundation with different depths of foundations, and the calculation of subsidence of the foundation load. In conclusion recommendations were made for selection of the foundation type.
