Combined homomorphic encryption algorithm

Abstract

Данная работа представляет собой частично гомоморфный алгоритм, который был выявлен в результате исследований, существующих на данный момент алгоритмов. Рассмотрены такие вопросы как: генерация ключа, шифрование и дешифрование. Также проводится анализ безопасности и производительности получившегося алгоритма.This work represents partially homomorphic algorithm which was revealed as a result of the researches existing at the moment algorithms. Such questions as are considered: generation of a key, encoding and decoding. Also the analysis of safety and productivity of the turned-out algorithm is carried out.
