Comparative analysis of criminal legislation of the Qin and the Western Han dynasties

Abstract

Дипломная работа посвящена исследованию начального этапа формирования древнекитайского законодательства, в частности уголовного, в период Чжаньго, Цинь и Хань. Также работа включает сравнительный анализ на примере перевода уголовных законов из двух судебников империй Цинь и ранней (Западной) Хань.The thesis is dedicated to the analysis and observation of the ancient Chinese (ZhanGuo, Qin and Han period) legal system, including penal one. Moreover, the research contains the comparative analysis in term of translation penal laws from Qin and Early (Western) Han penal codes.
